Billbergia 'Darth Vader' ist eine spektakuläre, extrem dunkel gefärbte Trichterbromelie, die eine fast schwarze, aufrecht-röhrenförmige Rosette bildet. Die tiefdunklen Blätter sind mit kontrastreichen, weißen Querstreifen und Punkten überzogen, was ihr ein dramatisch-elegantes Aussehen verleiht. • Pflegehinweise: Sehr heller bis sonniger Standort für die intensiv dunkle Ausfärbung; das Substrat sehr luftig halten und den tiefen, zentralen Trichter immer mit kalkarmem Wasser gefüllt lassen.

Billbergia 'Darth Vader' is a spectacular, extremely dark vase bromeliad that forms an almost black, upright tubular rosette. • Temperature: Ideal at 20 °C to 28 °C (68 °F – 82 °F); avoid drops below 12 °C (54 °F).

• Care Instructions: Needs a very bright to sunny spot to achieve its intensely dark coloration; keep soil loose and well-draining, and ensure the deep central tank is always filled with soft water.
